Ok everyone so we are on day 18 of the 25-day Challenge and I am not doing well with it at all, ok I’m not doing badly, but I have not been able to go to the gym due to my husband working overtime and doubles a lot.
But as for right now, I weighed in at 141 which means I’m only 1 lb. away from my goal weight, and I have been eating semi right but can do a lot better. I am still not doing too well with the whole drinking water thing but I will work on it. So here are my goals for this last week…
Get down to 140.
Drink more water a lot more water.
Get to the gym as much as I can with Jared working a lot.
Eat a lot healthier
